Attorney

Claire E. Kreider was born and raised in Shreveport, Louisiana. Claire attended Louisiana State University, where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Claire received a Juris Doctor and a Graduate Diploma in Comparative Law from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University.

Claire has been a dedicated advocate for injured consumers and individuals since she was admitted to practice law in 2016. Prior to joining the firm in 2024, Claire’s legal practice focused on representing plaintiffs in personal injury cases, with an emphasis on complex litigation involving defective medical devices and pharmaceuticals in federal and state courts across the country. Claire honed her legal skills, particularly brief writing and drafting complex pleadings, while serving on and supporting law and briefing committees in numerous multi-district litigations.

Claire currently serves as a member of the Court-appointed leadership in In re: Philips Recalled CPAP, Bi-Level Pap, and Mechanical Ventilator Products Litigation (Western District of Pennsylvania) for class action and personal injury litigation arising from Philips recall of certain CPAP devices due to the potential for its sound abatement foam to degrade and off-gas volatile organic compounds that may be ingested by users, causing them injury. At Garcia & Artigliere, Claire continues her commitment to seeking justice for consumers whose rights have not been respected.
